We hope you took advantage of our FREE exchange program before deciding your Luma Mattress or Slumber System just isn't right for you. If we haven’t managed to make your bed feel amazingly perfect, we’re sad, but we also understand.
Contact us at 1-813-956-3765, email firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the form below and a Customer Advocate will get in touch with you to initiate the return process. While we’re pretty easy-going and want you to be happy, please keep in mind that your return request must be received within 364 days of your purchase of a mattress or slumber system and within 30 days of pillow, topper or foundation purchases.
Once you initiate the return process, a customer service representative will work with one of our charity/donation partners in close
proximity to you to arrange for the LUMA Slumber System or mattress to be picked up and donated to one of our designated charities.
After it is confirmed that the LUMA Slumber system has been removed you will be credited for the full purchase amount (100%) of
the LUMA Slumber System. The credit can take 7-10 days to process after confirmation of pick-up. A Customer Advocate will maintain
contact with you and let you know when the credit is processed,
The credit can only be returned to the original credit/debit card or other method used from the original method of payment.
